About Konstantine Paschalidis

Konstantine Paschalidis is the chair of the litigation department at IX Legal, and has over 17 years’ experience trying cases in New York and New Jersey courts, focusing on shareholder disputes, employment matters, non-compete agreements and restrictive covenants. Outside of court, he resolves pre-suit matters through AAA arbitration, mediation and negotiation with opposing counsel. Konstantine serves a diverse client base of individuals, business owners and medical professionals, and leads the firm’s cross-departmental litigation team. He is a member of the Hellenic Lawyers Association, the Hellenic Medical Association, the Greek American Chamber of Commerce, the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
