About Kate Mueting

Kate Mueting is Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight’s administrative partner and co-chairs the Executive Representation and Discrimination and Harassment practice groups. She joined the firm from Covington and Burling after clerking for Judge Michael Melloy of the Eighth Circuit and Judge Richard Leon of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She graduated with highest honours from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she is an adjunct professor, and serves on the advisory board of the NYU Center for Labor and Employment Law.
