Kai-Ståle Kristiansen
has extensive experience in M&A, project development, capital markets transactions and corporate law. He advises at Thommessen on all aspects of M&A, corporate structuring and negotiations in relation to the establishment of JVs and partnerships. A large part of Kai-Ståle’s work involves leading and negotiating cross-border deals, and he has significant experience in defence sector transactions.
