About Kari Bergeius Andersen

Kari Bergeius Andersen is a partner at Ræder Bing, specialising in labour law and head of the employment law department. She represents national and international companies, governmental and municipal entities, trade unions and individual employees in restructuring, cross-border employment, downsizing processes and sick leave challenges. Kari is recognised as a leading expert and frequently lectures on labour law. She holds a Cand. Jur. Degree from the University of Oslo and a Diploma in EU Law from King’s College London. Her career includes significant roles as a partner at Helmr, including a period as Chair of the Board.
