About Karim Winski

Karim Winski is an associate at Sangra Moller. He joined the firm as an articling student in 2025 and assists clients with corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance transactions and securities compliance. Karim brings a strong background in legislative and regulatory work, having previously worked with the Senate of Canada and the Competition Bureau Canada on legal and policy analysis of complex economic and regulatory issues. He holds a Juris Doctor, a Licentiate in Law and a Bachelor of Commerce, all from the University of Ottawa.
