About Karoline Ulleland Hoel

Karoline Ulleland Hoel advises clients of Wikborg Rein, including Norwegian and international asset managers, investors and other industry stakeholders, with a wide range of tasks. She has extensive experience in establishing new managers and funds across various asset classes, including PE/VC, fund of funds, real estate, shipping and hedge funds. She regularly assists investors with investments in and alongside funds (primaries, secondaries, co-investments, CVs) with assessments of main terms, negotiations, side letters, etc. Karoline also provides ongoing advice to managers and funds in their daily operations. She has also led several PE M&A transactions across various sectors.
