About Kevin G. Rooney

Kevin G. Rooney focuses on US and worldwide patent and trade mark procurement, enforcement, counselling, IP agreements and strategic planning. Over more than 30 years, Kevin has counselled clients on matters spanning a wide spectrum of intellectual property. In addition to procuring intellectual property rights, he defends the rights of clients against allegations of infringement and enforces IP rights of individuals and organisations of all sizes. Kevin held positions as a Patent Examiner and in the Commissioner’s Office at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He is admitted to the Ohio Bar, USPTO and the US District Court Southern District of Ohio.
