About Kevin MacCabe

Kevin MacCabe is a senior associate in Kellerhals Carrard’s banking and finance department. He advises Swiss and international companies and entrepreneurs on transactions and regulatory matters. He also regularly advises private credit capital investors on all aspects of investments. As the author of a doctoral thesis focusing on fintech, he has both legal and technical expertise in banking and finance. In addition to his work as an attorney, Kevin is a lecturer at the University of Basel.
