About Kee Lay Lian

Kee Lay Lian is the head of the Private Client Disputes team at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, with four decades of legal experience. She specialises in adoption, commercial litigation, and succession and trust. Lay Lian has successfully dealt with complex family cases involving cross-jurisdiction issues over assets, maintenance, and children, and has been ranked by legal publications in dispute resolution for the categories of family and matrimonial, and private client. She is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), a registered practitioner of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and co-chairperson of both the Law Society’s Family Law Practice Committee and the Probate Practice Committee.
