Kellie Allison Yap
is an associate in the tax, trade and wealth management practice. She specialises in tax litigation, audits and investigations, and assisting during dawn raids conducted by the director of Inland Revenue Malaysia and the director general of Customs and Excise. On litigation matters Kellie has advised in relation to goods and services tax, income tax, petroleum income tax, real property gains tax, transfer pricing, withholding tax, general tax incentives and stamp duty. Kellie’s clients include multinational and government-linked companies in industries including oil and gas, manufacturing and e-commerce. She regularly appears before the national courts and tax tribunals.
