About Kelly Margolis Dagger

Kelly Margolis Dagger is a veteran trial and appellate lawyer with in-depth knowledge of civil and criminal federal court practice. Her civil litigation experience includes antitrust, consumer, and unfair competition claims, intellectual property disputes, and other complex commercial disputes. At Ellis & Winters, she focuses her criminal practice on defence of federal felony charges, including white-collar charges, and internal investigations. Kelly is a past president of the Eastern District of North Carolina Federal Bar Association and serves on numerous court-related committees.
