About Kelly Rains Jesson

Kelly Rains Jesson is co-owner of Jesson & Rains, PLLC, with her husband, Edward. She is licensed in North Carolina and Florida, and is an active member of her state and local bar associations. The Charlotte chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners named Kelly the 2023 Woman Business Owner of the Year, in honour of her strong leadership skills in growing and managing a successful business. Women Lawyers of Charlotte named Kelly Woman of the Year in 2024, and she has been named on the North Carolina Super Lawyers and Legal Elite list for many years.
