About Ken Melly

Ken Melly (FCIArb, OGW) is a partner at G&A Advocates LLP and heads the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice. His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, investor–state dispute settlement, commercial litigation and project-related disputes. He regularly advises and represents governments, multinational corporations, financial institutions and private sector clients in complex domestic and cross-border disputes, including proceedings under international arbitral rules. Ken holds an LLM (Distinction) in Dispute Resolution from the University of Cape Town and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
