About Ken-Ying Tseng
Ken-Ying Tseng
focuses her practice on TMT and M&A. Her technology practice covers personal data protection, e-commerce, internet, telecoms, broadcasting, AI, fintech, OTT, e-payment, sharing economy, e-signature, cybersecurity, ICP, satellite TV, and cloud computing. In 2021, Ken-Ying was recommended by International Chamber of Commerce of Taiwan as a digital specialist to participate in the Digital Economy Commission of International Chamber of Commerce and she has been an active member in the cybersecurity and data governance working groups ever since.
