About Khaled Abou El Houda

Khaled Abou El Houda was admitted to the Senegalese Bar in 1999 and has been authorised to practise in Ivory Coast since 2018. He holds a master's degree in business law and a master's degree in banking and finance, and has developed notable expertise in the fields of finance, and the financing of major infrastructure, energy, oil and gas and mining projects. He is a mediator and arbitrator in OHADA business law, and is registered as an arbitrator at the CCJA of Abidjan and the CAMC of Dakar. He is also affiliated to professional associations, such as the Chamber of Mines of Senegal and the Moroccan Investor Club in Senegal. Khaled has participated in training civil servants from West African governments in the context of reviewing their legal framework relating to oil and gas, and proposing updates.
