has more than 23 years of experience, and is an expert in litigation, arbitration and competition. He is a partner at the firm and the head of the Dispute Resolution department. He advises the government and the investors in various PPP projects. Khaled previously served as the Executive Director of the Egyptian Competition Authority, and worked as a Chief Prosecutor in the Office of the Prosecutor General of Egypt. He has also worked as a Legal Adviser to the Minister of Trade and to the Minister of Finance. He participated in drafting the Specialised Economic Zones Law, the Competition Law, the PPP Law and the Income Tax Law.
