About Kinga Miller

Kinga Miller is a partner at Wołoszański and Partners, with 20 years in practice, and an advocate (adwokat) admitted to the Warsaw Bar Council. Her employment practice covers restructuring, including collective redundancies and consultation with employee representatives, and the design of employment and whistle-blowing compliance systems for organisations with several hundred staff. She also negotiates technology, copyright and industrial property agreements, advises on public procurement, and conducts litigation and arbitration. Kinga holds the Approved Compliance Expert and Approved ESG Officer certifications of the Compliance Institute and is a member of the Association of Automotive Market Lawyers (SPRM).
