About Kjersti Borgen

Kjersti Borgen is a partner and head of Bull’s employment law department. She advises private and public sector employers on a broad range of individual and collective employment law matters, including restructurings, downsizing processes, transfers of undertakings, whistle-blowing matters and workplace investigations. She also assists clients with strategic HR processes, employment disputes and senior executive matters. Borgen combines strong legal expertise with practical and commercially oriented advice. Over several years, she has also served as a deputy judge of the Labour Court of Norway, reflecting her extensive experience in collective employment law matters.
