About Kristin Lyaskova

Kristin Lyaskova is a manager in PwC Legal Germany’s financial services practice, which she joined in 2021. Her derivatives practice covers ISDA documentation, collateral and margin requirements, EMIR, US Dodd-Frank requirements and securities financing under SFTR, together with related structured finance and securitisation matters. She is admitted as an attorney at law in New York, a solicitor in England and Wales and in Ireland and is registered as a European lawyer in Frankfurt. She is a member of the relevant New York, English, Irish and Frankfurt professional bodies.
