About Kristine Hyldmo Bjørnvik

Kristine Hyldmo Bjørnvik is a member of the board of Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS and heads the firm’s dispute resolution practice. She works with dispute resolution and contract law within, among others, construction and offshore fabrication. Kristine assists in all phases of a dispute – from early assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and legal proceedings. She has litigated a high number of disputes before the ordinary courts as well as before national and international arbitral tribunals, and also has experience as an arbitrator. Kristine has an in-depth understanding of the offshore and onshore construction industry gained from several years as an in-house counsel.
