Kritsana Mingtongkhum is a partner at Satyapon & Partners Limited and head of the trademark and litigation departments, and he is responsible for many large Thai and foreign client portfolios. Kritsana is actively sought out by clients, given his long-standing reputation for high ethical standards and innovative, practical IP advice and strong work ethic. He is also a member of various international organisations including INTA, APAA and ASEAN-IPA. In Thailand, Kritsana is a member of the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand, the Thai Bar Association, and the Lawyers Council of Thailand. Currently, he is also General Secretary of IPAT.
