About Kudzai Ruth Mukunga

Kudzai Ruth Mukunga is a candidate attorney in DMH’s commercial and financial services and tax group and litigation team. She assists on commercial and corporate transactions, legal research, due diligence, regulatory advisory, and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts. Kudzai also supports civil and commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes serving as a Legal Research Clerk at the Constitutional Court of South Africa, where she conducted local and comparative legal research and prepared memoranda on complex constitutional and commercial issues. She has further developed practical commercial and litigation experience through roles at the University of Cape Town Law Clinic and leading Zimbabwean law firms.
