About Kunal Chandra

Kunal Chandra is a partner in Trilegal’s corporate practice group, with more than two decades of experience advising on M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate restructuring across the full investment life-cycle, from seed stage through Series A to pre-IPO and large-cap transactions. He advises a sophisticated client base spanning Indian institutions, multinational corporations, private equity funds and financial institutions, including Edelweiss, Morgan Stanley, Mitsui, Godrej, Sumitomo and Intel Capital, across sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, technology and financial services. Kunal holds a degree in Law from the University of Pune and is admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
