Kushal Ramotre is a partner in the corporate practice at JSA Advocates and Solicitors, based in Mumbai. He has over 12 years of experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, strategic partnerships and cross-border deals across sectors including healthcare, technology, financial services, infrastructure and renewable energy. Prior to joining JSA, he was a director in the corporate transactions practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and has previously worked at Trilegal, Acuity Law, BMR Legal and Indian Law Partners. He holds a law degree from the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
