Kwang-Chun Park is highly experienced in finance, M&A and corporate advisory. His practice focuses on rendering legal advice to domestic and multinational clients in connection with cross-border M&A, joint ventures, foreign direct investment, industry-specific government regulations, and general corporate matters in Korea. He also regularly advises domestic and international financial institutions, asset management companies, and investors on complex financial transactions and regulatory restrictions. He possesses extensive experience in project financing, structured finance, and syndicated loans, as well as the establishment and operation of private equity funds (PEFs).
