About Kyung Gyoon Park

Kyung Gyoon Park is a partner in Lee & Ko’s corporate and M&A practice group, and has consistently participated in major M&A transactions since joining the firm in 2013, accumulating extensive deal experience. He regularly advises affiliates of leading Korean conglomerates, including LG, SK, HD Hyundai, Lotte and Shinsegae. Since the establishment of Lee & Ko’s private equity team, he has advised legal counsel to numerous PE fund managers, such as STIC Investments, JKL Partners, Eum Private Equity, JC Partners, IGen Private Equity, JW&Partners and Macquarie Asset Management, on their respective deals.
