Kyung Hwa Moon is a partner at Shin & Kim specialising in investment funds, asset management, and financial regulatory matters. With over 25 years of experience, she advises major Korean and international asset managers on fund registration and compliance within the Korean market. Ms Moon serves as a regular contributor to Chambers & Partners publications, co-authoring the introduction to the Banking & Finance section of the Chambers Asia-Pacific guide. She holds an LLM from Stanford Law School and has completed PhD coursework at Seoul National University.
