About Holger Roos

Holger Roos is a counsel in Freshfields’ disputes, litigation and arbitration practice group and a member of the firm’s strategic risk and corporate governance group. He guides clients through the full life cycle of a corporate crisis – from pre-crisis risk mitigation and internal investigations, through crisis management and remediation, to regulatory proceedings and follow-on disputes. Holger has particular expertise in complex, cross-border internal investigations and the regulatory, governance and compliance questions they raise. In addition, he regularly advises clients on the design and effectiveness of compliance systems and the substantive regimes they must address. He also represents clients in litigation and arbitration matters.
