About Hong Lu

Hong Lu is a partner at Merits & Tree Law Offices. His practice focuses on legal services in real estate and infrastructure. He is an expert in dispute resolution, risk management, and all matters relating to construction projects, including strategy, business negotiation, identification of potential risks and provision of solutions. Mr Lu was involved in the drafting of the Operating Guidelines for Lawyers Handling Construction Project Cases issued by the All China Lawyers’ Association, and has been selected as a Highly Recommended Lawyer of the Engineering Industry by ENR/Construction Times multiple times.
