About Hatim El Khatib

Hatim El Khatib is a practising lawyer and the managing partner of El Khatib Law Firm. He holds multiple law degrees and a diploma in business management. From 1999 to 2005, he served as a director in the legal consulting division of Arthur Andersen/Ernst & Young, advising international investors on major projects. Previously, he was a counsellor in the office of the Minister of Communication (1998–1999). Since 2005, he has focused on litigation and counsel for both public and private institutions, specialising in corporate, commercial and real estate matters and overseeing major cases in legal counsel, litigation and arbitration.
