About Hatice Nur Arslan

Hatice Nur Arslan is an associate in the Istanbul office of KST Law and a member of the dispute resolution, data privacy, M&A and corporate teams. Hatice has substantial experience in the law of contracts, dispute resolution, data protection and intellectual property law. She represents clients in a variety of different sectors, both regulated and unregulated and assists her clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings involving complex cross-border elements. She has hands-on experience with drafting submissions and co-ordinating enforcement efforts across multiple legal systems. She supports clients throughout all stages of dispute resolution and arbitration, including hearing statements, award enforcement and co-ordination with local counsel in foreign jurisdictions.
