About Haykel Hajjaji

Haykel Hajjaji is a partner in Covington’s corporate practice and is qualified to practice in Dubai, New York and Paris. Haykel has over 20 years of experience, with a focus on cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. He advises across a broad range of industries, including infrastructure, technology, life sciences, logistics and defence. Haykel has particular experience in inbound and outbound M&A transactions, joint ventures, market entry, doing-business matters and corporate reorganisations in the MENA region. Haykel is a visiting lecturer at ESCP Business School (Paris) and New York University (Abu Dhabi) and a visiting professor at Sorbonne University (Abu Dhabi).
