About Habeeb Eyinade

Habeeb Eyinade is an associate in EandC Legal and an integral member of the firm’s start-up, technology and innovation practice. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Cyberlaw from the University of Lagos and a first degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), accredited by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Habeeb is a rising practitioner in the areas of data protection, artificial intelligence governance and emerging technology regulation. He has developed a growing reputation for assisting clients in navigating Nigeria’s evolving technology regulatory landscape, including the Securities and Exchange Commission’s 2026 digital asset licensing regimes.
