About Hanadi Jamjoom

Hanadi Jamjoom is a partner at KN&P and leads the firm’s corporate & M&A practice, certified by the Saudi Ministry of Justice. She advises on high-value acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and restructuring-driven transactions across various sectors, and is known for complex mandates involving listed-company affiliates, multi-party negotiations and transactions executed in parallel with restructuring processes, navigating governance, disclosure and approval considerations with a strong focus on execution and commercial outcomes. Hanadi handles transactions end to end, from structuring and negotiation to closing. She joined the firm in 2017 after practising at DLA Piper, and holds an LL.M. from University College London.
