About Hannah Thibideau

Hannah Thibideau is a partner in Seward & Kissel’s litigation and investigations group. She represents investment advisers, broker-dealers, and senior executives in regulatory enforcement, white-collar defence, internal investigations, and complex civil litigation. Hannah has extensive experience before the SEC, DOJ, FINRA, and other regulators in matters involving insider trading, market manipulation, accounting fraud, and money laundering. She also advises on AML, FCPA, sanctions compliance, and risk management, including internal controls, regulatory filings, and remediation. Hannah earned her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and her BA from Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College.
