About Hannes Arnold

Hannes Arnold is a senior partner at Gasser Partner. He advises international companies, families and family offices on corporate law, wealth and corporate structuring, and complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, relocations and financings. This broad transactional practice gives him a deep understanding of the challenges facing sophisticated international structures. In addition to his advisory work, Hannes represents clients in complex international litigation and arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on foundation and trust law as well as asset tracing and recovery. Hannes is admitted to the bar in Liechtenstein and Austria and is also a Public Notary in Liechtenstein.
