Hanning Deng
is an investment manager at HOZU. With training in both the Chinese and US legal systems, he has worked on cross-border litigation, arbitration and compliance investigations since 2017 and previously served as a judicial law clerk at the US District Court for the District of Columbia. At HOZU, Hanning supports case origination, legal and enforcement analysis, investment structuring and ongoing matter monitoring.
