Hanshuo Zhou is a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng with over a decade of legal experience in both private practice and in-house roles. She specialises in private equity, venture capital, M&A, compliance, and investigations, with a particular focus on the life sciences and healthcare sector. Ms Zhou is licensed to practice in China and New York, and regularly advises multinational clients on cross-border transactions and localised compliance frameworks. She holds LLM degrees from East China University of Political Science and Law and the University of Texas at Austin. She has been ranked in the Chambers Greater China Region Guide (Healthcare) since 2024 and is also a Program Professor at a business school.
