Harsh Kumar
is the founding and managing partner of Kaizen Law. With over two decades of corporate and M&A experience, Kumar began his career in 2005 at Amarchand Mangaldas and has since been a partner at several leading law firms, including Khaitan & Co, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. He has also worked in the London offices of an international law firm, advising multinational corporations, private equity investors and high-growth enterprises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
