About Heegun Jung

Heegun Jung is a senior foreign attorney at Shin & Kim, admitted to the New York Bar. His practice is focused on cross-border venture capital, private equity, and alternative investment transactions. He represents global venture capital firms and sovereign wealth funds on international investment structures and complex cross-border fund investments. Mr Jung holds a JD from Harvard Law School and is a member of the Alternative Investment Advisory Committee for the Public Funds Investment Pool.
