About Helena Tetzeli

Helena Tetzeli is an equity partner at Kurzban, Kurzban, Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A. She earned her B.A. from Florida International University and her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Helena is known for her expertise across a broad range of immigration law, with particular focus on investment- and employment-based matters, including EB-5, treaty and talent-based visas. Her clients include unions, US and multinational companies. She also represents clients in removal defence, federal litigation and commercial cases. Helena regularly lectures and writes for the Florida Bar, AILA and the Federal Bar Association.
