About Helmut Katschthaler

Helmut Katschthaler is a partner based in the Munich office and has been with Noerr since 2001. He specialises in insurance and reinsurance law as well as liability law, with extensive experience in conducting litigation and arbitration in both national and international settings. Particular areas of focus in his work include product liability and recall cost insurance, cyber-insurance, environmental impairment liability insurance, and reinsurance. Helmut is a member of the Executive Board of ARIAS Germany. He was trained in-house as a qualified insurance officer and holds a Master of Insurance Law (LL.M.) from the University of Münster.
