About Henriette Bjerg

Henriette Bjerg is a partner and a board member of Bruun & Hjejle, with extensive experience in the sale, purchase and letting of real estate, as well as construction contracts, development projects, and project management agreements. Henriette has strong skills within the hotel sector and recently advised an investment fund on a new Four Seasons hotel to be developed in Copenhagen, and Hines on the sale of Købmagergade 44-46 and 50 which is leased by 25hours. Henriette is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society, the International Bar Association, the Danish Housing Society, and the Danish Building Society.
