About Henrik Møinichen

Henrik Møinichen is a partner at Thommessen and works within the firm’s practice areas of dispute resolution, construction, shipping and insurance. Henrik has been actively involved in several onshore and offshore construction projects, including assistance in preparing tender documents, negotiations and dispute resolution. Henrik has assisted Norwegian and international clients in major litigation before ordinary courts and arbitration proceedings. He is currently involved in shipping, insurance cover and construction disputes.
