Henrique Ferreira Antunes advises domestic and international companies, financial institutions and investors on capital markets and corporate law matters. He has extensive experience in IPOs, follow-on offerings and tender offers for the acquisition of shares, particularly in connection with changes of control and delistings. He is also a specialist in structuring BDR programmes. Henrique assists clients with regulatory issues involving the CVM and B3. His practice also covers ESG, with an emphasis on disclosure and governance matters. Henrique previously practised in New York as an international associate at Milbank LLP.
