About Hui Wang

Hui Wang is the leading partner in the family wealth security and inheritance practice at King & Wood. Hui has been admitted as a PRC lawyer since 1995 and has extensive experience in family wealth management. She has advised many natural persons and institutional clients (including controllers of family business, private banks, trust companies, listed companies, investment fund managers, insurance brokers, etc) on legal planning for family wealth security and inheritance, family trusts, charitable trusts, family charters, marital property agreements, wills and inheritance of controlling stakes of listed companies, among other matters. Hui is now head of King & Wood’s family wealth management practice.
