She has a strong focus on tax litigation (administrative and judicial procedures), with a very wide range of themes, but an emphasis on local, regulatory and port charges. Inês works in the field of tax consultation on various matters, including the taxation of individuals, particularly within an employment context (taxation of fringe benefits/stock options plans/compensation for termination of employment contracts). She has also been actively working on the taxation of fortuitous gains, both from the individual and business perspectives.
