About Inbar Eitan-Goldstein

Inbar Eitan-Goldstein is a partner in Shibolet & Co.'s Capital Markets practice, advising publicly traded companies on securities regulation, corporate governance and the shareholder issues that arise around them. She counsels boards and issuers on transactions with interested parties, compensation plans and equity-based compensation, shareholder approval requirements and disclosure obligations, and represents companies in IPOs, secondary and private placements and debt offerings. Inbar’s recent work includes the sale of European renewable energy assets by Brand Group and Solterra Energy to a listed acquirer, paid partly in cash and partly in shares.
