Ioannis Charalampopoulos is a partner and head of the corporate and M&A practice at Machas & Partners, specialising in corporate and financial law. Ioannis has a particular interest in collective investment schemes and the ecosystem of innovative start-ups, providing comprehensive advice on the structuring of venture capital funds, hedge funds, and other alternative investment funds, including REICs. Ioannis provides ongoing legal advice on operational, organisational and investment matters relating to domestic and cross-border corporate and quasi-fund structures and has deep expertise in the drafting of trust settlements, bespoke shareholders agreements and carried-interest arrangements.
