Ifeoma Ezeribe is a partner at Tope Adebayo LP and head of the firm’s Finance and Projects practice. She advises sponsors, institutional investors, DFIs and financial institutions on private capital, project finance, structured finance, capital markets, M&A and other complex corporate transactions. Her recent work includes advising on a USD57 million investment for a 51% participating interest in OPL 241, a USD17 million capital injection into Great Nigeria Insurance Plc as part of its recapitalisation exercise, and the project preparation facility for a USD1 billion LNG infrastructure project. She is an SEC-licensed capital markets consultant, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a BRIPAN-certified insolvency practitioner. She holds an LL.M. and an MBA.
